CANCELLATION OF A SCHEDULED SERVICE
If notice of cancellation is given before 9:00 PM the night before your scheduled visit, you're in the clear and you will not be charged for your visit. Because we are a small business, we have to look after our walkers, any same day cancellation will result in full charge of the scheduled service.
If you're scheduling a service that is within 24 hours of the service request, email or text us directly instead of submitting a request through the portal.
If you're scheduling a service that is not within 24 hours of request, please log on to your online portal and submit a service request.
NORMAL/EXTENDED HOURS OF OPERATION
Our normal hours of operation are 9:00am - 6:00pm (last scheduled visit during normal hours begins at 6:00pm) Monday - Friday.
We also offer extended hours. Extended hours are subject to availability and not offered as a regular, recurring service: 7:00am to 9:00am and 6:00pm - 8:00pm, as well as weekends and holidays. We add $5 any scheduled service in those extended hours.
There is a $15/day surcharge for all major Holiday visits limited to:
