how to get started

STEP 1: CUSTOMIZE YOUR SERVICE 

Choose a visit length and plan your schedule. Whether you'll have the same schedule week-after-week, an always-changing schedule, we can accommodate. We love all pets, whether you have a dog, cat, chicken, or a goat, we have a service to meet your daily and vacation pet care needs.

STEP 2: SCHEDULE A MEET & GREET

Click the “new client” tab. After you fill out the short and simple dog walking inquiry form, you'll receive an email back from a team member who will be able to schedule a meet and greet and answer as many questions as you have beforehand. 

At the meet-and-greet, we'll go over our services in detail. We'll record all of your pet's health, routine, and emergency information needed to provide the ideal service for you and your dog’s individual needs. 

STEP 3: SET UP YOUR SERVICE PORTAL

After the meet-and-greet, you'll be invited to our online service portal. The portal is where you'll schedule services, send updates to your walker, and view invoices. 

Following each walk, you'll receive a detailed report with pictures and a description of the visit.
